Chandra Mohan (FCA [Singapore], FCCA, CPA [Aust], MBA (University of Chichester) is a public accountant registered with The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK and CPA Australia. He is the senior auditor and managing partner at Asensia Assurance and S C Mohan PAC. 

Mohan possesses more than 30 years of professional experience, with more than 20 years on his own serving clients in the areas of audit, accounting, taxation, business consultancy and corporate secretarial. He is known for his sound advice, integrity and fair judgment in delivering practical assurance and tax solutions to his clients. He is also a consultant in AM Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.

Given his wealth of experience, Mohan has played an instrumental role in the growth of his clients, a number of which have matured from small start-ups to the large corporations of today.

Mohan spent several years working in the Housing and Development Board of Singapore, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and mid-tier audit firms prior to setting up his own audit practice, Asensia Assurance in 1999. In 2012, he became the Managing Partner of S C Mohan PAC. 

Mohan has been actively involved in social and community work and regularly writes technical blogs for websites.

Ben Chia Teck Chong (B. Accs, CA [Singapore]) is a public accountant registered with The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

He joined S C Mohan PAC in 2006 and is currently an audit partner in the firm. Ben Chia has been serving small and medium-sized, local and multinational companies and has extensive experience in servicing clients across many different industries such as consumer business, trading, construction, public sector, shipping, travel, education, media, financial service, manufacturing industries as well as sound knowledge in group consolidation. Besides leading client engagements, Ben Chia spearheads the business development activities of the firm, leads key client relationships, nurtures employee development and ensures efficient delivery of quality services.

Sim Kwong Huey (CA [Singapore], FCCA [UK], CA [MIA]) is a public accountant registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Since 1994, he has been serving clients in the areas of audit, corporate and personal tax, accounting and corporate secretarial. He has served clients from diverse industries such as manufacturing, marine, transportation, trading, investment holding among others.

Terry Li Chak Kam (CA [Singapore], FCCA [UK]) is a Public Accountant registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.

Prior to 2017, Terry Li had several years of experience working in audit firms in Hong Kong and has vast experience handling accounting, taxation and auditing work for entities from a wide range of industries. After moving to Singapore, Terry Li had been working in mid-tier audit firms handling audit engagements.

Since joining S C Mohan PAC in 2017, Terry Li has been serving small and medium-sized, local and multinational companies. He has extensive experience in serving clients in various industries such as consumer business, construction, travel, education, media, financial services, manufacturing industries among others.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Singapore and is a Fellow Member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and Chartered Accountants of Singapore. He is also an Accredited Income Tax and GST Advisor with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Andrew has co-authored tax publications and articles and is a speaker at many tax seminars and training courses.

Andrew has over 20 years of proven local and international tax experience and is especially well versed in corporate, GST and personal tax advisory and compliance matters having worked at Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and in public practice in Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom covering a broad spectrum of clients including multinationals from banking, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and trading houses.
