K. Rukoomani (MBA-University of Sunderland) is our senior consultant for corporate secretarial work. She is an affiliate of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and a member of the Society of Business Practitioners. Rukoo is involved in the corporate secretarial, business operations, client relationship management and human resource divisions. She also acts as compliance officer for our group of companies to provide best practices solutions for anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism.

She also spearheads AM Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., our secretarial arm and is currently responsible for the overall operations of the firm, handles business development activities of the group companies, leads client relationships and nurtures employee development.

Rukoo has sound knowledge and experience in corporate secretarial practices and has been in this field since 1992 serving both local and international clients. Prior to joining S C Mohan, she had worked 3 years in the secretarial department of a reputable mid-sized audit firm, Lo Hock Ling & Co and close to 5 years in M & C Services Pte Ltd, secretarial division of KPMG Singapore.

Rukoo enjoys being a contributing author to many websites related to her field. She is also actively involved in social and community work.
