Andrew has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Singapore and is a Fellow Member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and Chartered Accountants of Singapore. He is also an Accredited Income Tax and GST Advisor with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Andrew has co-authored tax publications and articles and is a speaker at many tax seminars and training courses.
Andrew has over 20 years of proven local and international tax experience and is especially well versed in corporate, GST and personal tax advisory and compliance matters having worked at Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and in public practice in Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom covering a broad spectrum of clients including multinationals from banking, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and trading houses.
